Workspace in Kaivo means your dedicated environment for managing data connectors, service accounts, and users.

When you start using Kaivo, your first task is to name your workspace. You should name your workspace so that it is recognizable to you and other users in your company.

Usually this would be your company name and if you need additional identifier like a country, you can add it to the name as well. Please note that later you can name different data sources within that workspace so that they can be identified so the workspace name does not have to contain the name of the data source your about to connect but rather you company’s or department’s name.

Same account can have multiple workspaces. Every workspace can have different users. For example your company can have three different workspaces but only one user can see all of them and additionally every workspace have their own users who manage the data sources and service accounts linked to that specific workspace.
