Data tool is where you analyze your data - whether it be an AI tool like Claude, BI tool like Data Studio or Power BI or spreadsheet like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
Data tool is where the data gets analyzed. Most data tools function better when the data is structured well and the data types are correctly in the source (hint: that’s what Kaivo does automatically for you). They work even better when the source is a highly capable data warehouse like Google BigQuery.
Data tool section on the Kaivo application where you get the instructions you need in order to connect your data stack after you’ve connected your data sources. Connection between Kaivo and data tools is basically the tool’s own BigQuery connector or MCP as BigQuery is where the data lives.
Please note that there might be separate instructions based on whether the email you used to create Kaivo account is associated with a Google account or not. Most basically - if your Kaivo account is associated with a Google account, you can use Google authentication to connect to your data. There’s usually an option to connect to your data using a service account - in many cases this is the preferred way - but please check the specific data tool instructions to see your options.
